1. To place your order, follow these steps :
   
2. Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. This should be pretty easy- we have so many great products! After you’ve chosen what you want, select the color of our product, if applicable. You can easily see our product variation select one color.
   
3. Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart' button
   
4. After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping (you know you want to) or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
   
5. From there, you can either log into your existing Unix account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
   
6. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order.

1. Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
   
2. You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and look forward to receiving your awesome product(s)!

1. We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live. (we know you hate waiting around).
   
2. The packages we use to deliver your goods are fully sealed, ensuring that the goods reach you in perfect condition.

1. You've ordered your favorite products and can't wait for them to arrive. We know the feeling! To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the icon to the left of the cart (located on the top right corner) and enter your details.
   
2. Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on ‘Track Order’ on the top right, type in your order ID, and check your order status. Yes, it’s that easy!
   
3. After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS (yes, we like making sure you’re updated every step of the way).
   
4. In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel the order:

• Login to your account
• Go to manage your order: Orders
• Cancel the desired order.

If you don’t have an account, simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one. 

1. Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the desired product color.
   
2. (PS. Product Colour cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.)

If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code.

You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

2. Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
