How fast is shipping?

We dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday). Once shipped, most metro areas in India receive their package in 2-4 business days, while remote zones may take up to 6-7 days.

Can I return or replace a product if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 7-day “change of mind” window from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories and serial/IMEI intact. To initiate a return/replacement, log into your account or drop us an email at info@unixindia.in.

What warranty do your products carry?

Most UNIX-branded accessories come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase (check the individual product page for specific warranty info). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only - wear & tear, misuse or physical damage are excluded. Retain your purchase invoice for quick claim processing.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we’ll send you the courier AWB/consignment number via SMS and email. You can track the delivery status using the link in your account or visit the courier’s website directly. If you haven’t received the tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - we offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders across India. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders incur a nominal delivery charge (check checkout for exact amount). Some remote pin codes may have additional freight charges.

Are your products compatible with all brands/devices?

Absolutely. Unix India designs its accessories (chargers, cables, earbuds, smartwatches) to be universally compatible with Android and iOS devices. For any specific model concerns (e.g., fast-charging protocols, smartwatch OS), refer to the product specification tab or drop us a message.

How do I cancel or modify an order after checkout?

If you wish to cancel or change your order (shipping address, quantity or variant), please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is marked “Dispatched”, modifications aren’t possible online; you may return it later as per our returns policy.
